About the Role

The Senior Content Marketing Manager will join the Marketing team and lead content strategy, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), by developing and ensuring a consistent voice that supports Syndio's brand. This role requires strong collaboration and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional alignment and communication. You should have a solid understanding of B2B content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and integrated, multichannel programs. Core Responsibilities

Develop Syndio's content strategy by crafting interesting, fresh, and well-researched content that drives traffic and nurtures prospectsWork closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to articulate Syndio's core benefits consistently through various distribution channelsBe a specialist in understanding the human resources, compensation, labor and employment law audiences - seeking data and relevant trends to improve the impact and effectiveness of content and copy across the customer journey through a variety of channelsResearch and create industry-specific content in line with Syndio's segmentation strategy to support campaigns and account based marketing initiatives that articulate our core benefitsProduce high-quality campaign content, articles, blogs, email marketing messages, web copy, and more (e.g. YouTube channel, and monthly newsletter)Continuously measure and improve content performance, such as owning SEO strategy to improve Syndio's ranking for key topicsPartner with internal domain experts to shape the Syndio message based on industry trendsAbout You

You have 5+ years of B2B content marketing, direct copywriting, or editorial experienceKnowledge of content marketing strategy, buyer journeys, and SEOEditorial mindset that seeks to understand core audiences' consumption behaviorDetail-oriented multitasker with exceptional writing, editing, organizational skillsRelentlessly curious with a collaborative, insights-driven focus approach to content creationYou bring a balance of humility and confidence to the team, able to listen and learn from others, while also being decisive to move content forwardDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionallyCurrently located within Seattle, SF, or NY with an eagerness to get together with local teammatesRole ProgressionIn the first
