Job Description:

Cambria is seeking a creative, marketing-minded professional to join our brand marketing team as Digital Brand Content Manager. This role will play a key role in developing an elevated digital brand experience for consumers, in support of the lead generation strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital content creation, strategy and working cross-functionally with creative and SEO teams. This role will own the brand website content experience along with other key digital touchpoints and be responsible for the development and execution of digital content in partnership with the Director of Brand Content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Activation:Create and oversee the production of various types of digital content, including website content, digital tools, emails, newsletters, and personalized journey touch points.

Work directly with project management and creative teams to submit projects, write project briefs, prioritize work, review and provide feedback, align with leadership, and ensure content is executed on time.

Collaborate with owners of aligned digital content including SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Blogs, Influencers, PR, etc. to create a consistent brand voice and connected consumer experiences.

Support aligned digital teams with content that is on brand and supports the known consumer needs and journey, while effective in the specific channel.

Ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

Brand Website Content Owner:

Act as marketing lead/content owner of the newly relaunched consumer website.

Execute real-time, data-driven SEO optimizations and edits.

Partner with SEO and Paid Media teams to identify keyword content gaps and optimize page needs with consumer and brand insights.

Lead quarterly site content reviews across key areas of the site.

Own the creation of new content pages, prioritizing by business needs.

Own regular maintenance and clean-up of site experience.

Partner cross-functionally to intake business needs and requests and make recommendations on ideal user experience.

Review website content edits, new pages, experiences, and updates.

Act as consumer subject matter expert for website needs and strategy.

Work with website authoring and development teams as the consumer expert in new page builds, experiences, and development tasks.

Content Strategy and Lead Generation:

In partnership with Director of Brand Content, support the development of the consumer digital content and consumer experience strategy aligned with consumer needs and company objectives.

Utilize target audiences, needs, and journey to create content tailored to their preferences.

Support and drive consumer leads.

Optimize content and programs over time.

Act as brand and consumer strategy expert with digital marketing team to create strategic, personalized experiences for target consumers; including test and learn plans.

Digital Consumer Tools:

Support the consumer touchpoint needs within the launch of future digital consumer tools.

Testing and Performance Analysis:

Work with Director of Brand Content and cross-functional teams on test and learn plans.

Partner with Analytics team to analyze the performance of digital content.

Use data insights to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Collaborate with marketing, creative, digital marketing, project management, sales, and other teams to align digital content with overall marketing campaigns.

Plan and partner with digital marketing team across key consumer digital touchpoints - SEO, Paid Media, Email.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms and channels.

Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all digital content.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in content or digital marketing

Comfort and experience in light copywriting a plus

Experience in partnering cross-functionally, specifically with Creative, SEO, Paid Media, and Email Marketing teams

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in content or digital marketing. Comfort and experience in light copywriting a plus. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities

Systems:

Experience in partnering cross-functionally, specifically with Creative, SEO, Paid Media, and Email Marketing teams.
