Flex (would like someone close to the Raleigh NC) Manager is wanting to open the req local to the Raleigh Market for the first 2 weeks. Then if he is not seeing the correct talent the manager is open to considering candidates in a remote position.s an Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Client Reporting tool by challenging the status quo of mediocre UX and visual design. In this role, you will work closely with our partners in Product and Engineering to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality, helping to define and drive the product vision from concept through to execution. Your expertise in UX and visual design will be key in creating both an exceptional digital experience for our internal and external clients.
Design and produce high-performing creative concepts that reflect the Client brand and delivers on key performance metrics.Create user centric interface designs that are intuitive and visually compelling to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to illustration your vision.thorough understanding of data visualization and how to simplify and display complex data while ensuring it's accuracy.Experience with interaction design to enhance the user's ability to engage with data.Provide examples of successfully launched product designs that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking.Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team, and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment.Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback interatively.Be able to work within a design system that follows Client's brand guidelines..non-negotiable skills:UI/UX background 3+, Data visualization, report tools
