Hybrid in Addison, TX - Office days are Tuesday and Wednesday
Work Hours:
Full Time, 40 hours per week

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Experience:
Prior relevant experience in a similar role is a must. Experience in a fast-paced marketing or design environment is preferred.Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to Detail:
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.Autonomy & Collaboration:
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing project requirements and deadlines.A Day in the Life of a Production Designer:
Provide services and support for the following areas:Ensure marketing materials for our centers are developed, approved, and delivered on time by managing project timelines effectively.Collect all necessary assets required for project completion.Execute light graphic design updates by modifying elements such as logos, text, and colors on templatized documents using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Upload final file types to various platforms, including the e-store where centers can order marketing materials.Maintain file organization and assist in organizing design files to ensure easy access and retrieval.Primarily focus on production tasks while maintaining a good understanding of design principles.Why Solis Mammography?
