A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or a related field7+ years of experience in an agency or corporate environment. Healthcare and/or retail experience a plusDaily proficiency in the following: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SmartsheetPreferred experience in leading marketing teams.Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-motivated, deadline-driven and solutions oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships inside and outside the organizationA service orientation focused on exceeding customer expectations while acting with integrity, compassion and accountabilityA Day in the Life of a Senior Marketing Manager:
Provide services and support for the following areas:Drive marketing planning and execution that includes B2C, B2B, sales and operational components.Manage joint venture partner relationships, assist with building and presenting performance updates and mining opportunities to amplify our message through JV partner channels.Develop go-to-market strategy and manage marketing activities for new partner and new center launches in collaboration with cross functional teams, marketing team members, and JV partners.Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify growth marketing opportunities for individual markets.S upport the team in the measurement and analysis of results to determine efficacy of marketing plans and to refine tactics or strategies as needed.Partner with media agencies in the successful planning and execution of marketing campaigns, continued optimization and staying current on best practices.B uild and maintain excellent relationships through high quality, engaged service to all of key internal and external stakeholders.Manage a marketing budget and accept responsibility for effective expense control.Why Solis Mammography?
