We are seeking an experienced marketer manager to join our CRM team. You’ll have the opportunity to support CRM programs across the full funnel, from first purchase, to re-engagement, to cross sell efforts, and product launches. You will play a pivotal role in engaging millions of dog lovers during their customer lifecycle. Your expertise in all things CRM, creative thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills will be instrumental in transforming the way humans care for their dogs.What you’ll do:Manage the entire CRM campaign process from briefing and building to scheduling, launching, and analyzingSupport CRM lifecycle strategies through email, SMS, and onsite experiences, identifying opportunities to delight, engage, and create valueWork closely with our CRM lead to develop segmentation strategies across our customer baseMonitor campaign performance, produce and deliver post-campaign reports and analysis to marketing team membersIdentify opportunities to standardize and improve processes, making workflows more efficient and repeatable.What experience we’re looking for:2-3 years of experience working directly in a CRM roleWhile this role is remote, the company operates on EST, and our strong preference is for a candidate in the Eastern or Central time zones.Proven B2C marketing track record with a focus on CRM, cross sell/upsell or upgradesExperience in executing email and SMS campaigns requiredExperience working in Talkable and IterableAbility to create messaging and write content for loyalty and advocacy initiativesExperience working in design tools like Figma or PhotoshopProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights and make data-driven decisionsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high growth, test & learn environmentWorked in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment before and enjoyed working as a teamComfort with pivoting and switching gears.
