The Digital Content Manager maintains the online presence of the International Psychotherapy Institute (IPI) across and . This role involves web content management, marketing, technology support, and overseeing the e-book project.Key Responsibilities:Web Content Management:Manage Membership Press software interface and payment gateway.Collaborate with director, program chairs, and administrator for content updates.Maintain and update website content.Liaise with web developers to align organizational goals with technical capabilities.Regularly audit and update site information.Troubleshoot website issues.Analyze Google Analytics to improve client engagementManage SEO with partners.Coordinate security updates with IT partners.Collaborate with marketing partnersOversee domain registration and server hosting.Qualifications:This role requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking and managing various aspects of digital content and marketing within the IPI.Proficiency in WordPress and SEO practices.Familiarity with Memberpress would be an assetBasic Payment gateway knowledge as it applies to memberpress softwareExperience in digital marketing, content creation.Strong project management and communication skills.Familiarity with setting up Zoom meetingsMaintain digital account records (incl. PepWeb, Zoom accounts)Location:
