Designer Women's Swimwear

We are looking for a Swimwear Designer with at least 5 years experience in private label and 5+ years in overall design. The position is focused on trend right, fashion forward product for the Teen and Junior guest.Job Duties include, but are not limited to:-constant online and local market research-partnering w team to identify big ideas and white space opportunities-collaborating on trend and design direction for multiple deliveries a year-cad renderings of all designs, trim, embellishment, etc.-tech packs-working closely with Product Development teams to develop product, fabrics and trims-attending all fittings (Virtual)-taking notes and making appropriate revisions as needed-building design presentation decks along side other team members-attending all product presentations with buying and merchant teams-evaluation of lab dips and color approval along side color specialist-design revisions post product meetings-design overviewsIn this role you are responsible for staying on calendar and working with the team on all deliverables. The best candidate for the job will be flexible, loyal, a team player, have a positive attitude and correct years of experience in swimwear design, specifically for the women's category.
