Head of Marketing/Growth

We're hiring for a Head of Marketing/Growth.Our founding team consists of a globally-minded group of individuals with diverse backgrounds spanning technology, sales, marketing, investing, and more. We're looking for highly driven individuals who have developed exceptional skillsets in their fields and want to shape the direction Xenia.Xenia is the operations OS built for the massive $2.7BN frontline worker market, with a core focus around multi-unit operators in the restaurant, retail, convenience and manufacturing markets.Xenia is backed by a Boston-based VC.We're mostly inbound & PLG driven, but there are clear opportunities to increase pipeline via more channels.Your responsibility will be holistically leading marketing for across SEO, Paid Marketing and Product marketing motions. This includes managing our PLG motion cross functionally with our product team / founders.You will also own end-to-end conducting growth experiments to further bolster demand / top of funnel.Sample experiments could include:Interactive Product Demo'sProduct Led SEOAI Enabled PLG OnboardingAt Scale Review Generation (Capterra, G2)Email Campaigns & Review GenerationWrite blog postsBe loud on LinkedInCo-market with other companiesPaid adsRequirementsExcited about working in personYou are an "engine builder".
