Our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup, is looking for a Head of Marketing to spearhead their marketing plans and drive growth.

The Marketing Lead will design and implement robust marketing strategist to accelerate customer growth, enhance the brand's presence, and establish their product as a premier choice in content marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive B2B marketing experience, particularly within the SaaS sector, and a demonstrated history of leading successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute a marketing plan aligned with our business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.• Direct all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure unified marketing efforts.• Stay ahead of market trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to fine-tune strategies and uncover new opportunities.• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are utilized effectively to maximize return on investment.• Monitor key performance indicators and use insights to refine strategies and guide decisions.• Elevate brand messaging and positioning to clearly communicate our value to target audiences.• Drive thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and participation in industry events, establishing our company as a market leader.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership position within a SaaS company.• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that achieve growth objectives.• Deep knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing best practices.• Experience collaborating with digital marketing agencies or working within them.• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating teams.• Analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
