This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our marketing strategy while leading and mentoring a talented marketing team.Role Overview:As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in both strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives. This is a player-coach position where you will lead by example, taking charge of developing and executing marketing strategies, and overseeing a team of marketing professionals. Your creativity and strategic vision will be key in bringing innovative ideas to life and driving impactful marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral, including design, web content, and promotional materials.Plan and execute tradeshow appearances, events, and other marketing activities to maximize engagement and visibility.Implement digital marketing tactics and strategies, including campaign development and performance analysis.Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and branding.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.Strong experience in communications, content development, and web content management.Proficiency in designing marketing collateral and managing tradeshow and event marketing.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, strategy, and campaign management.Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a marketing team.B2B marketing experience is a plus.Exceptional creative, strategic, and organizational skills.
