Set up marketing structure:
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy and framework to streamline our efforts and maximize impact.Coordinate marketing initiatives:
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support for caregivers.Other responsibilities
Maintain brand consistency:
Ensure that all communication materials across teams are consistent with our brand guidelines.Develop engaging content:
Utilize design principles, templates, and illustrations to craft visually appealing and impactful content.Listen and Support:
Engage with caregivers to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback to ensure our services and resources meet their needs.Communicate with Compassion:
Use your exceptional communication skills to connect with caregivers and your colleague to provide them with the support they need.Who are you?
Hands-on Leader:
Take an active role in the team by creating content and coordinating projects.Marketing Strategist:
Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.Empathetic Listener:
Exceptional listening skills with a genuine passion for understanding and supporting caregivers.Tech-savvy:
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).Bilingual:
