The Channel Market Manager is responsible for driving best-in-class marketing to, with, and through Resideo’s channels. The selected candidate will create joint marketing plans and marketing activities aligned to Resideo’s strategic priorities, building marketing-generated opportunities and a measurable, actionable pipeline of business.

Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.The selected candidate is expected to work independently as well as within a team.JOB DUTIES:Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies.Develop new channel marketing strategies and implement marketing plans.Develop and execute 12-month marketing calendars.Create and execute distributor specific marketing activities and promotions.Optimize marketing campaigns to improve their return on investment (ROI).Provide and analyze campaign results.Determine and investigate which platforms to advertise on and adapting campaigns accordingly.Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report the results.Deploy channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments.Work closely with Category Marketing for collateral/sales enablement tools and to support new product launches.Collaborate with sales to support customer needs.Develop pitch decks for new products.Develop plans with sales to support hitting Say/Do on new product launches.Manage and execute on budget plans in support of growth initiatives.Work with Demand Planning and Inventory groups on promotional forecasts and related initiatives.Mentor other marketing team members.Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%).YOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 5+ years of experience serving in a related Marketing/Sales capacity.Working knowledge of B2B sales and distributor channels management.Working understanding of MDF.The ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats to all stakeholders.Proficient in tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.WE VALUE:Master's degree.Proficient in SFDC, Tableau toolsets, and related MRP systems is highly preferred.The ability to present in person to senior leadership teams and other key stakeholders.The ability to plan, organize, control, and coordinate multiple activities.The ability to develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including finance leaders, sales leaders, marketing leaders, law department leaders, product development, and engineering.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:A comprehensive benefits package including life and health insurance, life assistance program, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, vacation & holidays.Technology and leadership mentoring to ensure you are setup for success.Opportunity to work for a growing company with many opportunities for career advancement.Work in a Hybrid setting (3 days in office, 2 days remote).Enjoy work-life balance with generous vacation time that can be scheduled with manager approval based on business priorities and personal needs, without pre-set maximums.The typical base salary for this role ranges from USD $78,840 - $137,160 per year but varies by specific work location. For example, the base salary for this role in Melville, NY is $90,666 - $157,734 per year. Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
