Job Description This is a remote position.The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing services and a proven track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns. The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with various departments to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth. Identify new market opportunities and target clients to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize market research to develop data-driven strategies.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and execute effective online marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and more.

Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our digital marketing services and demonstrating how they can benefit their businesses.

Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound marketing efforts.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while meeting their needs.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, creative, and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a minimum of 5+ years in a managerial or leadership position.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
