This position is highly engaged with the membership via social channels, apps, and public-facing domains. This person brings the fun to every interaction while growing engagement rates and following. This person will also drive the creativity of the marketing team through fun and SWACU-branded content, to be shared on SWACU’s internal and external channels. We’re looking for a big thinker who can brainstorm ideas and run with them.

Develop and organize schedules to ensure all department needs are metMonitor and respond to comments and direct messages daily including all social media channels, SWACU app reviews, and Google MyBusiness reviews and messagesWork closely with departments when member feedback is givenAvid YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram userResponsible for staying up to date on trends in order to maximize member engagementFamiliar with Hootsuite or similar social scheduling websitesIdentify engagement analytics and reportingUtilize Viva Engage for internal engagement and culture developmentCultivate engagement with our followers and social media usersGrow our online brand through multi-platform campaignsPaid Advertising

Knowledgeable with paid advertising, SEO, channel optimizations, A/B testing, and gaming/lottery rulesContent Creation/Graphic Design
