Our growing marketing team is growing and we’re seeking a Director, Partner Marketing. The Director of Partner Marketing will lead the development, consolidation and management Homesteaders’ funeral home marketing value proposition. This individual will oversee the library of consumer-facing funeral home marketing material, including our data insights program, B2C marketing resources, CRM marketing automation, Community Engagement seminar program and collateral and grief support resources.This individual will work in close collaboration with the VP-Marketing Communications and representatives from the Homesteaders sales and marketing teams to ensure our funeral home marketing offering generates successful preneed growth for partner firms.With a career at Homesteaders, you’ll do important work alongside people who want to make a difference as much as you do. That means your role here will have a positive, meaningful impact on families who experience the many advantages of funeral and end-of-life planning.Requirements· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or advertising· Five or more years’ professional experience in a marketing and/or sales environment combined with significant use of technology solutions to accomplish duties.
