MGM+ is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Creative Marketing Leader with a passion for developing high-impact marketing campaigns that reach millions of customers. You'll be responsible for executing consumer campaigns on- and off-MGM+ that build awareness for and deeper engagement with MGM+ series and movies. You will lead the development of integrated communication plans and creative advertising to launch and sustain engagement for MGM+ Originals and guide cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class integrated programs that drive awareness, conversation, and viewership. As Creative Marketing Lead, you'll have a proven track record for driving results for global 360-marketing campaigns, including working autonomously to set roadmaps, goals, and have substantial experience working with executive producers and industry partners. As a multi-faceted leader, you possess a blended balance of strategist, brand builder, creative instinct/acumen, project manager, producer, creative, franchise manager, and analyst. Critical to success will be relationship building and an ability to coordinate campaign rollouts on a global scale.

Key job responsibilities

Lead and support overall strategy for consumer marketing for MGM+ series and movies, including creation of goals, approach, positioning, brand management, creative development, and overall communication and engagement strategy.Work collaboratively with various international teams and stakeholders to ensure overall global success.Align closely with research teams to lead priority consumer insight studies.Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Identify assets needed for each campaign/initiative and communicate to relevant team(s) in a timely manner for on-time delivery and launch.Act as a leader and “catalyst” who inspires others to deliver bar-raising, best-in-class ideas and plans at a global scale, eliminating barriers that may work against this.Bring big ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement ideas at scale.Measure outputs against internal and external measures and deliver continuous improvement.Oversee project budgets and work with the team to track and forecast.Present to senior leadership regularly to update on key metrics and progress to goals; set mechanisms to operationalize timely global status updates for titles.Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, talent, executive producers, external studios, and other relevant global stakeholders to forward our position.Hire and develop talent to support your efforts on all of the above functions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience managing teams- Knowledge of the TV/entertainment landscape and/or streaming platforms- Understanding of global marketing principles and customer engagement tactics- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners, including day-to-day management of campaign milestones and agency deliverables- Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completionPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of team management experience
