Job Description

Job Summary: As a Sr. Product Manager supporting product launches, you will play a critical role in bringing new aesthetic neurotoxins and new indications to market. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product launches, from initial concept through commercialization. This role requires a deep understanding of the aesthetic industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Launch Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans.

Define go-to-market strategies, including target market identification, positioning, and pricing.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, regulatory, global commercial development, medica affairs and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Market Research and Analysis:

Define requirements for market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape and work closely with the market research teams to execute.

Analyze data to inform product positioning and launch strategies.

Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

Project Management:

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.

Regulatory and Compliance:

Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and standards.

Collaborate with regulatory affairs to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.

Customer Engagement:

Ensure VOC (voice of the customer) is present in the decision-making regarding launches.

Work closely with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders

Provide training and support to sales teams and customers.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Monitor product performance and gather post-launch feedback.

Identify areas for improvement and work with GCD (global commercial development) to implement enhancements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device/ pharma industry.

Proven track record of successfully launching medical devices or related products.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the medical device industry.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel as needed.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​
