Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development, management and executions of customer marketing initiatives.

You will be highly detail-oriented and organized. You must be able to multi-task projects and execute on time. You will need to anticipate bottlenecks and balance the business needs and requests. You need strong communication skills. Youll be able to coordinate and communicate with our agency partners, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders across the company. Must exhibit a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, BOTOX Cosmetic Customer Marketing and Business Development Strategy, the focus of this position will be to ensure brand team executables are organized and executed in a timely manner. This position will ensure projects are optimized to achieve portfolio goals, the Marketing Coordinator will:Ensure the Customer Marketing team runs smoothy by adeptly managing administrative tasksOrganize and execute the monthly marketing field call across the Facial Aesthetics divisionParticipate in cross-functional calls, take detailed notes and report back to the greater team a summary and next stepsPrepare and submit materials for medical, legal, regulatory and compliance reviews in an online document-control system (Veeva Vault PromoMats). Annotate documents and create anchor text for references. Attend weekly steering committee meetings with key stakeholders. Communicate frequently with materials reviewer to ensure deadlines are met. Work in Veeva fluidly.Own the Veeva process start to finish for partners on the customer marketing team.Identify calendar opportunities and schedules for cross-functional meetings and organize the calendar invites, monitoring the responses to ensure all mandatory invites are available and attendProject manage promotional activities on the customer marketing teamKeep message maps and customer claims up to date; document annotations, citations, reference pieces and update as neededCreate Purchase Orders and manage subsequent invoice tracking documentOther duties as assignedQualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelors degree is required1-3 years of marketing experience with a growing level of responsibilityExperience with pharmaceuticals, medical device products, beauty is a plusKnowledge of basic marketing strategiesExcellent project management and communication skillsFamiliarity/experience with Microsoft Office & Google applicationsProficient in Illustrator and/or copywriting skills a plusAdditional Information
