The Director of Marketing Strategy & Consumer Engagement is responsible for overseeing the development, execution and analysis of multiplatform marketing campaigns that build brand equity and drive consumer engagement to TGL.Reporting to the CMO, this role is at the center of the day-to-day and long-term operations for brand, digital and social initiatives, interfacing with key stakeholders on high priority projects. This role is also critical to the process of ideating and executing campaigns.The ability to effectively understand, manage and communicate strategy, campaign components and the results of marketing efforts is essential to the success of this position. The ideal candidate proactively creates solutions out of challenges, is comfortable being a self-starter, and will understand how to create compelling brand stories that break through the clutter.ResponsibilitiesAct as the brand leader by driving marketing efforts across TMRW Sports, including implementing strategy, managing campaigns, and reporting on resultsBe a central hub for information for marketing, understanding the day-to-day departmental needs and timelines and overall voice of the consumer, especially in context to cultureCollaborate and ideate with key internal teams (social, sales, teams, communications, production, creative, technology and more) to create innovative, impactful multiplatform campaignsEffectively communicate and present marketing plans and timelines across the organization, ensuring cohesion amongst all internal functionsProvide solutions, recommend alternative strategies and resolve issues in a timely and accurate mannerDevelop audience targets, research, and provide actionable insightsAct as point of contact with external agencies and partners, leading communication while building relationships, providing strategic/creative feedback and managing approvalsMaintain project tracking for multiple workstreams and deliverables to meet deadlinesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field10+ years of marketing experience including strategy development, campaign execution/management and knowledge of social and digital platform fundamentalsExperience in the entertainment/sports/media industry preferredExperience in the golf industry requiredDemonstrated ability to develop and execute a media plan alongside multiple internal stakeholdersFlawless visual storytelling and data visualization skills that leverage the latest tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.) to powerfully bring ideas and insights to lifeExcellent critical thinking, business writing/editing and interpersonal skillsExtraordinary attention to detailConfident, driven, self-starter, with a dedication to excellenceStrong leadership and influencing skillsLocationThis role is based at our headquarters in Winter Park, FL.TMRW Sports is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
