Job Title: Marketing Programs ManagerLocation: RemoteType: W2 contract

Job Description:The Marketing Programs Manager is a dynamic role for an organized and results driven B2B marketer. This person will support the creation of demand generating media programs, including content syndication, webinars, and intent programs, and provide support to the other program managers. They will support day to day operational tasks and work cross functionality with both other Cisco teams and outside vendors to create and run pipeline generating programs.

Responsibilities include:Maintain and organize process documents using Sharepoint and BoxPopulate quarterly campaign project details document and support program leaders with tickets for campaign setupOwn Integrate (lead delivery tool) campaign setup and editsCopywrite campaign descriptions and follow-up emailsOwn campaign pacing, creating and distributing weekly reports involving data review and analysis from multiple sourcesProject manage vendors including QAing landing pages/emails, campaign optimizations, invoicing and pacingPull, compile and analyze data to distribute strategic findings and offer data-driven suggestionsWork closely with the Digital Acquisition team to understand the need of the channel and pivot priorities accordinglyAbility to work with marketing counterparts to develop campaigns that will enhance marketing reach and increase KPIsCollaborate with internal team members and vendors on a daily basisAbility to be creative, including A/B testing for marketing communications and ideas for new program tacticsWho you are:

7+ years of relevant experienceExperience managing demand generation channels and familiarization with content syndication and webinarsStrong analytical skills and excellent eye for detailAbility to hit fast-moving deadlines and juggle multiple projects with multiple stakeholders at onceStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingAbility to work with large sets of data and skillset to segment and analyze findingsPositive attitude and stamina to collaborate with others on a daily basisComfortable working in a large organization and reaching out to other marketers with questions/ collaboration needs
