The Opportunity

As the newest member of Gloo's Product Team, the Product Designer at Gloo will support the design process across various projects, contributing to the creation of user-friendly and visually appealing digital products. Reporting directly to senior design leaders, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. What You'll Be Doing:

Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring high-quality design deliverables.Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.Participate in user research activities, gather insights, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.Contribute to the development of visual design systems and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.Assist in developing and maintaining design documentation, style guides, and asset libraries.Support design iterations by incorporating feedback to enhance user experience solutions.Assist in planning and conducting usability tests, analyzing results, and advocating for improvements in user experiences.Work collaboratively within the design team and support senior designers as needed.Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to illustrate user flows.Craft high-fidelity mockups and UI elements using tools like Figma.Work closely with product managers and developers to align design objectives with product goals.Assist in establishing and upholding design guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence.Enhance visual design, including layout, color schemes, typography, iconography, illustration, motion, and compelling copy.Cross-Pollination Opportunities

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in a related design field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design) or equivalent experience.A portfolio showcasing your design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished products.Proficiency in advanced design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies.Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional design.Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of innovative design solutions.A passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of industry best practices.1-3 years of experience in product design or a related field.Benefits

Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000
