The Opportunity
As the newest member of Gloo's Product Design Team, the Senior Product Designer at Gloo will be a design leader, guiding the product development process from concept to execution. Reporting directly to the Director of Product UX, you will champion user-centric design principles and ensure that design solutions seamlessly align with business objectives. Your role will encompass various facets of design, including wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design documentation.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the creation of specs, mockups, wireframes, and visual assets, ensuring high-quality and consistent design deliverables.Work with stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical requirements.Gather design requirements and gain insights into user needs through research and stakeholder engagement.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, style guides, and asset libraries.Drive design iterations, incorporating feedback to enhance user experience solutions.Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and champion improvements in user experiences.Foster effective collaboration within the design team and provide mentorship to junior designers.Conduct in-depth user research to gain a deep understanding of user behaviors and needs.Lead the development of interactive prototypes and wireframes to illustrate user flows.Craft high-fidelity mockups and UI elements using tools like Figma.Work closely with product managers and developers to align design objectives with product goals.Establish and uphold design guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence.Ensure product compliance with accessibility standards to cater to a diverse user base.Enhance visual design, including layout, color schemes, typography, iconography, illustration, motion, and compelling copy.Cross-Pollination Opportunities:

What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in a related design field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design) or equivalent experience.An impressive portfolio showcasing extensive design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished products.Proficiency in advanced design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.Profound expertise in UX/UI design principles and advanced knowledge of user research methodologies.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional leadership.A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional design.Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of innovative design solutions.A passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of industry best practices.5-10 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications.Benefits
