Job Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator

Status: Full Time

Reports to: Sales Director

Salary Range: $ 50,000 - $ 60,000JOB DESCRIPTION & EXPECTATIONS

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking an organized and resourceful individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Administrator. This position supports administrative functions of our sales and marketing teams, including the registration of products and the allocation and distribution of required samples and sales support materials. Organization, attention to detail and independent project management skills are required for this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain item management and product releases using various systems and databasesMaintain product compliance across all marketsOrganize, distribute and track various Point of Sale itemsAssist with shipping samples, press materials etc.Provide administrative support for the field sales and brand ambassador teamsExecute administrative tasks as requested by sales and marketing managersJOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Experience working with external vendors and relationship managementExperience with Google Suite, Microsoft office applicationsExcellence in Excel/Google Sheets is a plusExperience with ERP Inventory/accounting systems is a plusOutstanding internal and external communication skills; ability to communicate with multi-level managementTeam work focused and positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWillingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and team-oriented environmentProblem solver; ability to take initiativesUnderstanding of budget managementExtremely OrganizedCollege degree or equivalent work experienceMultilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plusKnowledge of the craft beer market/industry and appreciation of the culture that goes with itABOUT US
