The Opportunity:

Keystone's Marketing team has a deep understanding of our products, customers, markets, channel partners and vision so that marketing can specifically cater to the unique needs of a variety of constituents.

The Marketing team members develop initiatives that execute on our marketing strategy in an effort to strengthen brand, build awareness, and sell product. They work hand and hand with our design staff to translate those initiatives into deliverables that wow the industry!

The Lead Designer is responsible for the quality and delivery of marketing and brand projects. This position develops ideation and creation of works while following Keystone branding guidelines.

Your Impact:

Project Leadership:

Lead key project assignments identified by the Design Manager, quickly grasping project goals, scope, and requirements. Leverage deep brand knowledge to execute with minimal oversight and drive projects to completion.Project Management:

Accurately forecast time requirements for tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt priorities as project needs evolve.Design Evaluation:

Expertly evaluate and integrate design feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with the creative vision.Collaborative Innovation:

Collaborate in marketing team brainstorming sessions to implement innovative design solutions for product launches and campaigns, ensuring consistent execution across all marketing channels.Stakeholder Presentation:

Present design concepts with clarity and confidence, effectively articulating the creative vision to stakeholders at all levels.Design Accountability:

Drive the entire design process from initial concept to finished piece, ensuring exceptional quality and brand consistency.Detail-Oriented Updates: I mplement updates with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining rigorous version control of all assets and files.Peer Guidance:

Share design knowledge and provide guidance to graphic design peers. Offer constructive feedback when requested.Photography Oversight:

Order product samples, schedule and coordinate pickup, define and execute all photography for new product launches, providing detailed shot lists, art direction, and feedback to photographers. Prepare new photography assets for Digital Asset Management (DAM) upload.Video Collaboration:

Collaborate with the videographer to create compelling on-screen assets as needed that align with the overall creative strategy.Cohesive Messaging:

Ensure cohesive styles and visual messaging is used across all channels, supporting initiatives defined by the Director of Marketing.Communication:

Maintain clear and accurate communication on project statuses using online project management software to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.Team Support:

Pitch in or pivot to projects when additional team support is needed.What you bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Design or related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of experiencePortfolio:

A compelling online portfolio showcasing diverse, high-caliber creative executions across various media and platforms, demonstrating exceptional design proficiency and versatility.Demonstrated ability for Conceptual Design:

Proven ability in conceptual design thinking and executing innovative ideas, with strong skills in clearly communicating creative concepts to others or upper management.Industry Awareness:

Demonstrated initiative in staying ahead of industry trends, continuously adopting new software and implementing innovative design processes to maintain a competitive edge.Design Expertise:

Expert-level knowledge of design theory, advanced typography, color theory, and intricate file production prep, ensuring flawless execution and superior quality in all design projects.Organizational Skills:

Outstanding creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Software Mastery:
