Description

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the activities of the Marketing team including advertising, promotional campaigns, events, market research, budget management, and other marketing initiatives.

Essential Job Duties:

Main responsibilities:

Conduct research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior.Prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing relevant data.Update calendars, organize promotional presentations, and communicate campaign objectives and timelines to the team.Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings.Maintain an inventory and directory of sales and marketing materials. Ensure accuracy and currency of resources, coordinating updates and new material creation as needed.Content development and layout for diverse communications, including member newsletter, website, email, brochures, ads, and social mediaAssist in the production of targeted marketing promotions designed to meet strategic goals and initiatives.Work with graphic designer and content creator to coordinate the creation and updates of materials such as brochures.Utilize administrative side of systems to manage the SLFCU website, email marketing, and databases.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Familiar and comfortable with information technology, particularly digital means of communication.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).Education and Experience:

Minimum three years' experience in in marketing, communications, or related roles, or related roles, with a basic understanding of marketing principles and tacticsMinimum bachelor's degree or certification in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; or more than three years of related experience.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.

Salary Description

$52,000 to $65,000
