More than 3,000 global organizations large and small trust Coupa to transform operating margins, increase efficiencies and growth, optimize cash, and reduce risk.The Senior Marketing Manager in Digital and Experience Marketing is an instrumental and critical role that leverages marketing communications to build an optimized brand-to-demand-to-sales experience driving opportunity and reinforcing the value of the Coupa brand.This role leads the communications and campaign strategy development process as well as the end-to-end execution of programs, campaigns and physical and digital experiences. This includes communications and media planning, campaign development and channel activation, program reporting and optimization.While this role is comprehensive it is also narrowly focused. This individual is expected to become subject matter expert on a specific, prescribed audience persona—practitioners and executives from either Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain.

Establish a deep understanding of Coupa within assigned industry category (i.e., Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain) – from industry thought leadership to platform capabilities to products and their specific featuresDevelop target buyer personas and tailor brand and solution-specific messaging, journey-based media and channel activation plans, content and digital/physical engagement experiences to drive audience engagement and MQLsCreate and manage paid, owned and earned programs using advertising (SEM, PPC, display, social, etc.), ABM, marketing automation and reporting platforms, including but not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Instagram, Demandbase, 6Sense, Rollworks, Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.Develop nurture streams to continuously re-engage customer and prospect audiencesClosely monitor active campaign and channel tactics to recommend changes that will improve effectiveness, optimize performance and drive greater impact on sales cyclesMaintain executional rigor to ensure a fluid development approach, keeping a close eye on industry competitors to promote constant, ongoing differentiationRecommend and present new strategies, ideas and fresh, scalable approaches to creatively and effectively market and position Coupa and its total spend management solution capabilitiesSuccess will be achieved through effective leadership, communication, collaboration, expectation setting, strategic guidance, executional oversight and business resultsWhat you will bring to Coupa:
