Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Administrator will assist the Operations Manager in executing strategies to drive sales and promote our products. This role involves supporting sales activities, managing item setup activities, and handling various marketing and sales-related tasks to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop and manage content for online consumption. Ensure content is accurate and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to support sales strategies and marketing efforts.Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Assist in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries.Item Setup Activities: Oversee and coordinate the setup of new items. Ensure accurate product data entry, including descriptions, pricing, and specifications. Collaborate with suppliers to obtain necessary product information and manage item setup timelines.Data Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing, sales, and inventory activities.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development and logistics, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.Experience: 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role preferred. Experience within wholesale distribution or a similar industry is advantageous.Skills: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Other duties as assigned:
