Marketing Manager I
to their team! Their digital marketing team creates and manages campaigns across social, creative, partner and influencer executions for assigned film slates with a focus on earned partnerships and digital executions. They strategically plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive subscribers, revenue, and engagement and work collaboratively across the Streaming organization to bring all our best content together in an exciting and innovative way.Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role :Manage and execute multiple concurrent social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.Develop and maintain detailed content calendars across all social media platforms.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all major social media platforms and their analytics.Execute both paid and organic social media campaigns to drive audience growth and engagement.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across various projects.Employ strategic thinking to develop innovative social media strategies for a diverse campaign portfolio.Analyze social media data to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities for multiple initiatives.Generate creative ideas for social media themes and campaigns, aligning with various project timelines and goals.Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding multiple ongoing projects.Skills and QualificationsAbility to juggle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and analytics.In-depth knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.Have a strong knowledge of the film industry and popular culture.1 -3 years of experience.JustinBradley is an EO employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected employees
