Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and creative Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our Pattern Promotions team. This role is perfect for someone eager to start their marketing career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and help promote our clients' brands effectively.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
Create and manage content for social media platforms and websites
Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Creative thinking with a passion for marketing
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software is a plus
