Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and creative Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our Pattern Promotions team. This role is ideal for someone eager to launch a career in marketing, where you will gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns and supporting our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and content
Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences
Support the coordination of events and promotional activities
Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities
Analyze campaign performance and provide reports to senior marketing staff
Maintain and update the marketing database and client lists
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools
