Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our Pattern Promotions team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to creative promotional efforts.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences
Help design promotional materials, both digital and print
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas
Support the execution of events and promotions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
