We are looking for a passionate Sophomore, Junior, or Senior college student to join our corporate headquarters team in Paramus, New Jersey, as an Intern supporting our Marketing department.
Hours: Part-time, up to 25 hours per week during normal office hours. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. This is an in-person internship with some remote flexibility.
This is a PAID internship.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The role will primarily support the Product Marketing functions within the Brand team, assisting with:
Preparation and distribution of seasonal marketing collateral and sales materialsProduct Samples management -ordering, organization, distribution trackingMaintenance of Product lifecycle platformPricing updatesProduct Photography productionAdministrative assistance projects to Brand team as neededCreating reports as neededRequirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
Must be a current College Student (Business/Marketing related Major, Sophomore - Senior preferred)Must be highly organizedMust be customer oriented, reliable and possess a strong can-do attitudeMust possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills (particularly Excel and Power Point)Attention to detail is critical
