Your Role

What You Will DoUtilize your experience to assist all phases of Interiors project deliverables from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design conceptWork independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentationProduce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervisionProduce furniture plans, specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation independently or with minimal supervisionParticipate in client and consultant meetingsEffectively communicate design ideas by hand sketching and/or digital graphicsUtilize knowledge of hospitality furniture and technology, and custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specificationsIndependently create material palettes and inspiration image boardsCarries out design assignments by helping to develop new or improved techniquesYour Qualifications

Experience in the role described above, with specific demonstrated experience in workplace/hospitality fixtures, furniture and equipmentHigh resourcefulness of creative unique materials, furniture and fixturesBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA or NCARB accredited school2-5 years post-graduate experienceGreat passion for designExcellent graphic design, organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skillsPassionate, self-starting, dedicated, efficientEnjoys both taking responsibility and team collaborationDetailed understanding of FFE design and deliverablesPassion for both the big picture design ideas and the detailsFacility with 3D conceptualization (digitally or by hand) requiredHigh Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Bluebeam required

**Compensation is based upon experience and estimated range is $60,000 - $80,000 annually + bonuses + benefits
