You should have experience working with cross-functional teams in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support critical touchpoints along the customer journey and have a mindset for performance measurement, best practices and continuous improvement.

As a member of the Campaign Delivery team in JP Morgan Wealth Management, you will thrive in a creative environment and enjoy managing the end-to-end creative. This role will help lead the execution of client acquisition and engagement marketing efforts for Wealth Management products, partnering closely with our marketing strategy team. Initiatives will span multiple medium with heavy emphasis on digital and direct mail to build awareness, to educate, and to drive consideration.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end creative development and implementation of marketing campaigns ensuring initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters.Collaborating with marketing strategy managers on creative development and to identify opportunities, strengthen campaign strategy and establish the framework for measurement and reporting.Effectively and efficiently working within multiple systems and processes throughout creative development to ensure proper approvals and controls required for a successful launch.Contributing innovative and creative ideas as well as channel best practicesThinking critically and making recommendations to optimize campaigns to improve results, efficiencies and reduce costsWorking across multi-functional teams, such as:

Product and Marketing Strategy teamsAgencies for creative development and executionList teams to coordinate audience targetingAnalytics team to report campaign resultsInternal channel execution partners (email, ad ops, web)Legal, Regulatory and Compliance teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, skills

Strong knowledge of and 5-7 years' experience in campaign execution and/or project management is requiredAgency/vendor management, including process improvement and issues resolution/escalationWillingness to roll up your sleeves and manage the details of marketing project execution including following process and adhering to strict controlsAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlinesStrong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team membersTeam player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and prioritiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in financial services/investment marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plusPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

4-year college degreeAbility to travel at least quarterly
