About the Role:Are you a strategic media expert with a passion for driving impactful campaigns? We're looking for a dynamic US Media Director to lead our media efforts and ensure seamless alignment with our SVP Media & Marketing Services. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind budget allocation across our portfolio and brands, collaborating closely with North America Marketing Managers to optimize our media investments. As the US Media Director, you'll oversee all US media activities and projects, uphold our Group Media Procurement standards, and monitor campaign results and agency performance to drive excellence. This role is hybrid and located at our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ.

Main Responsibilities:COUNTRY MEDIA GUIDELINESDefines Country Media guidelines and strategies by category, according to brand strategy defined by Area Marketing Managers and Country priorities.Ensures the respect and alignment between Country Media guidelines, Media Procurement & Governance frameworks and standards defined by the Group.Updates Country Manager periodically on Media topics (both Traditional and Digital).Identifies and shares best practices and innovative ideas which could be replicated for the Media Categories cross country.Implements the Area Media guidelines and provides any potential comments and feedbacks.Leads media projects development at Country level also driving media agencies in media projects development.Leverages enhanced media planning tools (consumer journey, touch points planning, budget allocation).

USA MEDIA PLANNINGDefines the Country Media Budget (including the split by Media channels) in total accordance with the Area Marketing Managers based on Country business goals.Ensures the respect of standards and guidelines defined by Area Media Procurement responsible in the definition of yearly Country Media planning.Defines the Country Media mix & plan, guaranteeing full coherency with Area media priorities and business needs in line with Area Media Procurement standards.

MEDIA SUPERVISION & SUPPORTSupervises and reviews Media campaign results in alignment with Country Manager and Country Marketing, ensuring that Media rules and framework are fully respected and implemented.Supervises media agencies in developing media projects/campaigns at Country level.

MONITORING AND REPORTINGMonitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provides feedbacks to Country Manager and Area Media Manager for Country media activations.Executes post tracking audit analysis in alignment with Area Media Procurement standards and rules.Updates Area Marketing Managers periodically on Media KPIs and receives updates on Marketing KPIs.

Who we are looking for:Bachelor's degree required.10+ years of media experience in an agency or client setting with a focus on: media planning, implementation and evaluation of media campaigns.Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing complex media campaigns across multiple media types (TV, digital, etc).Knowledge of the structure and organization of the media market: agencies, sales houses, channels, etc.Familiarity with the media environment in North America.
