VP of MarketingOur client is seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead their marketing team. This pivotal role is responsible for aligning the marketing objectives with the business strategy of the firm, driving growth, and enhancing the brand across various communities. The ideal candidate will be a humble leader, who understands the importance of both the customer's and their family's perspective in the decision-making process and can tactically drive qualified customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies.This role is onsite.VP of Marketing ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough research to understand and define the demographics and psychographics of the customers. Educate and communicate these insights to the Executive Team and relevant stakeholders.Develop and propose marketing strategies to attract qualified customers to our communities. Responsible for creating tactical plans and budgets to implement these strategies effectively.Oversee and enhance the company's brand and reputation in the markets we serve, ensuring consistency and integrity across all platforms and communities.Lead, develop, and support a high-performing marketing team to achieve exceptional outcomes.VP of Marketing QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business. A Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA is highly preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years in Sales, Marketing, and/or Communication with a demonstrated track record of progression to roles of increasing responsibility, reaching VP or Director levels.Proven ability to develop successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation and positive business outcomes.Strong capability in analyzing and interpreting statistical data to inform strategies and decision-making.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.Experience in building and mentoring teams, demonstrating a servant leadership approach that aligns with the company's values of humility and service.Strategic thinker and results-oriented with a history of achieving significant impacts in sales and marketing roles.Ability to manage multiple, diverse programs simultaneously with a focus on achieving high-quality results.Strong knowledge of sales management principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with limited standardization.
