You'll be the maestro of our marketing campaigns, juggling budgets, boosting clicks, turning casual listeners into raving fans, and turning infrequent uploaders into the next ascending star. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, analytics) to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectivesSupport relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to optimize campaign execution and drive business resultsPossesses the ability to export and analyze performance data for audience and creative insights. Experience with Looker, BigQuery, or Power BI is a plusStay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to proactively identify new opportunities and innovative strategiesManage the day-to-day execution of campaigns across a variety of channels including Google Ad Tech, app stores, and social media with minimal supportMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators (KPIs)Conducting and reviewing keyword, audience, & bid research and management; monitoring budgets for all active campaignsImplement A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and optimize landing pages, ad copy, creative assets, and audience targetingTrack and report on marketing campaign performance, providing regular stakeholder insights and recommendationsExperience and Background:

3+ years of performance marketing experience, focusing on programmatic media buyingHands-on experience with ad trafficking, campaign optimization, and performance analysisProficient experience with Programmatic Advertising and Media BuyingWorking knowledge of Mobile Marketing models including attribution models and SKAN dataAbility to develop and implement optimization strategies based on data insightsA strong work ethic with agency experience is a plusCurious and open mind, self-learnerComfortable with ambiguityMust love music!The salary range for this role is $100,000-115,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
