Title: Marketing Analyst (Level 1)Position Type: 11 months (high potential to extend)Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN 55401 or Denver, CO 80202Job Description:Product Familiarity: Support and become familiar with multiple Energy Efficiency products within the C&I portfolio.Product Management Support: Assist in all aspects of product management, including:Coordinating creation and revision of literature.Processing and tracking invoices.Identifying and solving process issues.Forecasting achievements and tracking budget details.Special Marketing Projects: Support special marketing projects upon request, such as:Organizing and participating in special promotions, trade shows, seminars, training presentations.Conducting customer and vendor visits/presentations.Relationship Management: Create, build, and maintain relationships that enhance the performance of the business unit, including:Interfacing with sales teams and vendor relations.Sales Team Support: Support sales teams (BSC, AM) and vendors with program information requests.Contract Administration: Support the administration of vendor contracts.Database Management: Maintain database reports needed to support sales and marketing efforts, including:Tracking new prospects and sales activity.Expectations:Role Understanding: Know that this is a supporting role.Team Collaboration: Learn who you will be working with/under and how they best communicate to get work done.Core Values Representation: Represent core values of Trustworthiness, Connectedness, Commitment, and Safety.Competency Expectations: Meet core competency expectations, including:Job and Business ExpertiseAccountabilityCustomer and Stakeholder EngagementOperational ExcellenceRelationship FocusIndustry Knowledge: Grow your knowledge of the utility industry and emerging technologies.
