THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We are looking for an expert Senior Designer who focuses on logos, branding and campaigns. You'll develop engaging stories and presentations for the purpose of customer acquisition and retention. You'll play a vital part in helping your teammates and business partners deliver more effective logos, wordmarks, toolkits and the like.
THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playCollaborate with business leads and other stakeholders to bring stories, concepts, and experiences to life through branded presentations and visuals.You will mix the right level of clarity, creativity and inspiration to build designs that help better communicate our marketing efforts and strategy.You will produce enhanced visuals in various forms such as illustrations, data visualizations, emails, digital signage, motion design and video.Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You'll partner closely with senior creative leadership to build solutions to nuanced challenges.Be autonomous. You'll have the ability to work independently and manage your various projects, prioritizing deadlines and knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail.THE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammate
Bachelor's degree with a design focus or related field preferredYou're a system thinking designer with 4+ years of related experience, working on visual identity and design at scale with a strong attention to detail.You have the communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with others and brainstorm initial design concepts, as well as execute and implement the team's vision.You are deeply creative with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining excitement for your work.A people-focused design mentality and constantly look to hone your design instinct through user feedback.A well-rounded online portfolio that exhibits real and conceptual work, and a proven ability across the fields of graphic design, typography, photo retouching and illustration.Technical proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch)Experience working with email marketing platforms and digital signage systems a plusPLAYER BENEFITSWe treat our team right

T he applicable salary range for this position is $80,000 - 100,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
