FanDuel is seeking a Product Marketing Senior Associate to join our dynamic Flywheel New Ventures team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for new product launches, contributing to the product roadmap development, identifying and addressing customer pain points, and driving cross-team collaboration. You will work closely with key stakeholders across Commercial, marketing, product, engineering, and more to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans and deliver impactful analytic insights. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Flywheel New Ventures by integrating customer insights and market trends into our product development and marketing strategies.

THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playContribute to the strategy and execution of go-to-market plans then rapidly experiment and iterate to increase engagement and/or product trialCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product, Marketing, etc. to ensure cohesive planning and executionContribute to product roadmap development and align marketing requirements with overall business goalsIdentify and address customer pain points through user research and analyticsWork with Analytics teams to identify KPIs and formalize reporting requirements for new products and launch campaignsProvide regular updates on key performance metrics and project status to senior managementCreate and submit design briefs for new features or launchesManage the content submission to various app storesTHE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammate

Minimum of 3 years of marketing or project management experience, preferably with a focus on B2C.Bachelor's degree strongly preferredExperience working with product organizations and have a deep understanding of how to operate in a tech environmentProven experience in both marketing and product organizations preferredBroad understanding of current product and marketing trendsEqual enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning, creative thinking, and tactical executionAcute attention to detailAnalytics mindedKnowledge of Sports, Sports Betting & Gambling, or Fantasy industries is a plusPLAYER BENEFITSWe treat our team right

The applicable salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws
