Role Summary• Be main contributor to the creation of long-from communication including email marketing,website content, and sales resources• Assist with the management of the company Intranet, including but not limited to page updates,company announcements, user management, content creation, and associate engagement• Nurture drip campaigns through email and website platforms to ensure optimum results• Drive reputation growth and provide additional recommendations for resources• Research internal and external sources to generate new marketing ideas, e.g., conduct targetaudience interviews, monitor market trends, etc.• Attend trade shows as needed.• Assisting in preparing and distributing monthly or quarterly marketing reports to internal users;analyzing business performance and preparing analysis and identifying areas of improvement.• Collaborate with corporate departments, including but not limited to Operations and Sales.Provide admin support when necessary.
Requirements• Minimum 2 years of related marketing experience• Start-up or multiple market experience preferred• Writing and website management skills, as well as Microsoft Office with the ability to learn newskills quickly• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments withdeadlines
