What we are looking for
SCS Engineers is looking for an outgoing and energetic marketing assistant looking to take their career to the next level with a great company and incredible culture. The position will focus on marketing initiatives, working both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team and the firm's leadership to win projects.
We seek an intuitive individual who can navigate diverse communication styles and adapt quickly to shifting demands. This full-time permanent position is in our Tampa Office. A competitive benefits package is offered with excellent and affordable benefits.
How you can make an impactCollaborate with Technical Experts to write and maintain proposal materials including resumes and project profiles using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft WordDevelop proposal outlines and compliance documentsCreatively incorporate key messages and win themes into submittals and client interviewsSupport marketing activities such as conferences, content development for social media posts and digital marketing projectsPrint, collate, bind, ship or deliver proposals/marketing materials as neededSupport the marketing team with customer related tasks such as creating opportunity numbers and registering, maintaining, updating procurement and bid tracking sitesManage marketing & proposal content including images, resumes, tables, and client evaluationsConduct market research and competitor analysisOccasional design of custom graphics for proposal, qualification packages, presentations, leave-behind collateral, and advertisements which complement standard template and brand standardsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred0- 3 years of experiencePrior relatable internship experience is beneficial but not requiredGreat communication skills (verbal and written) and a willingness to learn new skillsReliable and well-organized critical thinker who is passionate about contributing to the teamProficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesignFamiliarity with social media content creation and best practices a bonusValid Driver's LicenseWhether it's reducing methane emissions at agricultural facilities and landfills, repurposing contaminated properties, producing alternative energy, or sequestering carbon, we've been focused on finding smart climate solutions and improving the natural environment since our inception over 50 years ago.
