About the Role:

The ttg:digital team is seeking a Senior Media Insights & Analytics Manager to lead the reporting and analysis of our media campaigns for multiple Broadway and Off-Broadway clients. The ideal candidate is self-driven, loves telling stories through data and has a proven track record managing data, insights and reporting for a media agency.

ttg:digital is TodayTix Group's latest venture in disrupting the cultural experience space. Our team specializes in crafting inspiring and impactful digital marketing campaigns to engage and expand a show's viewership. We leverage data, combined with top-tier ticketing solutions, to guide audiences through the exciting journey of discovering shows to purchasing tickets.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Digital Media Strategy in NYC, you'll be responsible for collecting, tracking and reporting on media campaign performance for multiple Broadway and Off-Broadway clients. You will work closely with the media and accounts teams to deliver weekly reporting, communicate actionable insights.

Please note:

this is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater NYC area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What You'll Do:Manage the set up, collection and analysis of all media/sales/ticketing data available to the agency.Monitor the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools and reportingProvide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and audience demographic info, making data-driven recommendations for optimizationCollaborate with the accounts teams to align on strategy and create impactful client presentations.As needed, attend client meetings and participate in new client pitches, speaking to the specifics of media campaign performanceCollaborate with the media team to develop comprehensive digital media strategies tailored for each client, considering target audience, insights, campaign goals, and budget constraintsStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge and effective media campaigns and reportingAs needed, support the media team with set up and optimization of in-platform media campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and reporting is in place and always functioningLeverage existing TTG data and perform additional research to identify key segments for targeting.Serve as a conduit between ARTHOUSE and existing TTG functions, ensuring seamless workflows, proactively identifying potential issues and creating cross-functional bridgesWe're Looking for Someone With:

BA/BS degree preferred5-7+ marketing analytics reporting experienceExpert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio / Looker and a solid understanding of media tag implementation and trackingExperience translating business questions/requirements into actionable analysis and reportingAnalytical, critical, and logical thinking skills to develop actionable insights and recommendationsExcellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and prioritiesProven ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize within a heavy workloadWillingness and flexibility to "pitch in" with various ad-hoc projects to help support the larger media teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skills

$100,000 - $120,000 a year

Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.

We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
