This role is
100% remote . We tend to work EST/CT hours, but are flexible and empowering. We will
get together monthly
for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10-20% travel (2-4 days a month).
Your responsibilities:
Develop RealSure Public Relations strategies to reach prioritized audiences including consumers and field agents.
Lead corporate communications efforts that elevate company goals through thought leadership, corporate storytelling, and internal communications.
Oversee relationship with PR agency of record and ensure brand messaging is leading the conversation in relevant consumer media outlets.
Drive community building in RealSure markets through the development of on-the-ground community programming and events.
Create a best-in-class crisis management and response team.
Develop innovative strategies for localized marketing and identify partnership opportunities.
Participate as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team to shape brand goals and KPIs.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
10 years of public relations experience with strong consumer exposure.
5 years of experience managing people, department and/or function.
A proven track record for supporting new brands and driving creative storytelling.
Experience in crisis management.
Ability to think creatively to integrate problem-solving.
Proven ability to work effectively with multiple constituents.
Brings extensive trends, media, and influencer connections.
Skilled in managing and prioritizing shifting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and dynamic communication skills.
A leader who effectively attracts and retains exceptional talent.
Readiness to scale and make an impact on a growing organization.
This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
