As an Account Manager, Ad Sales, you are tasked with providing world class service for our ad sales partners. You will be working alongside Sales Executives & Ad Ops to represent The Orchard & manage a growing ad sales business. As the Account Manager, Ad Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing the ad sales process and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about music and has a strong background in sales and advertising.

What you'll do

Provide pre-sales planning for the sales team, answer RFPs, put together proposal presentationsand pull research from various toolsParticipate in strategic planning sessions to drive new business opportunities and growrelationships with new and existing clientsAct as day to day point person between clients and our internal teams for all post-sales activitiesincluding trafficking, campaign reporting, screenshots, case studies, wrap up reports and otherdeliverables.Stay abreast on all new and emerging industry trends to effectively communicate with internalteams and advertisersSupport the leadership team in responding to client requests and participate in special projects asnecessary

Who you are

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ad sales, preferably in the music industry.Previous experience in digital media planning/buying with advertising billing/reconciliation experience or other relevant experienceBachelor's degree preferred in related field(s).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and trends.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Proficient in Comscore, Nielsen, Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager and otherrelated platforms and toolsYouTube certified a plusSelf-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge and passion for music is highly desirable.Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.New York Pay Range$65,000 — $70,000 USD
