What You'll Do The Manager, Integrated Marketing will play an important role within the integrated marketing team at AccuWeather. The manager will be a true partner and AccuWeather product expert interested in, and excited to, uncover and articulate new ad sales marketing opportunities that will help our sales team drive revenue. This role spans all media platforms including web, mobile, app, television network, OTT and CTV. If you are a strategic, creative, resourceful marketer with a mix of digital/video/network/agency experience, who has fun collaborating to make big things happen, we want to meet you.

This position will be classified as a hybrid role. Candidates will be required to commute to AccuWeather's New York City location a minimum of 3 days per week.

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic best-in-class multi-platform marketing solutions for ad sales clients across all platforms, with a focus on digital.Partner with sales executives to understand our clients and their businesses, in order to bring relevant opportunities to light.Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company and externally, including:Product and editorial teams to ideate and develop revenue-generating product and content opportunities.Research, data science and business intelligence teams to gain and maintain a strong understanding of audience and user behavior and infuse that knowledge into marketing materials. Translate data insights into resources that support sales.Strategy, pricing, and operations teams to ensure marketing solutions comply with ad rules, maintain integrity of platforms and are feasible.Various other line of business marketers to uncover synergies to drive revenue and refine internal process.Keep team resources and tracking documents updated and accurate.Develop compelling materials that bring marketing ideas to life (including pitch decks, toolkit elements, one-sheets, e-mails blasts, newsletters)Keep managers and colleagues well informed of project progress and status.Job Qualifications

Degree in marketing or related field.Ability to write and understand the RFP process in media / ad sales landscape.Must understand digital environment3+ years marketing experience in relevant media areas, agency, and/or integrated marketing.Organized with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and writing skills.Analytical and critical thinker.Experience with proposal writing with a passion for storytelling.Self-motivated, flexible, and driven to exceed goals.Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative work environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint (and design programs a plus).Experience with ComScore and SharePoint useful.Benefits:

Pay Transparency:

Base Salary Range USD - $85,000 - $90,000 annually
