About the Job

Sanofi has big plans to become the go-to employer in biopharma. As Director, Employer Branding & Marketing for North America, your team plays a pivotal role in amplifying our employer brand, elevating our reputation, and raising awareness with the best talent in one of our key markets.

You will work closely with our global employer brand team and key stakeholders across the business to design and deliver our talent marketing strategy in North America - managing key channels (including employee advocacy), content, and campaigns. A collaborative, strategic, and creative generalist, you'll have a talent for crafting, executing, and measuring employer brand content and initiatives that illustrate and celebrate what's happening in our dynamic US businesses.

Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and build regional Employer Brand strategies, ensuring alignment to our global employer branding strategy and key initiatives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and strategic goals, and develop and execute talent acquisition marketing and branding strategies to attract top talent across diverse talent pools.Lead employer branding initiatives, such as employee referral programs, employer awards submissions, employer branding events, and employee ambassador programs, to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.Drive the implementation of innovative recruitment marketing tactics, leveraging digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM strategies, social media advertising, and content marketing (including utilization of our CRM) to maximize our reach and engagement with potential candidates.Lead the development of compelling employer branding materials and messaging, including job postings, career site content, employee testimonials, videos, and social media campaigns, to showcase our unique culture and employer value proposition.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide regular reporting and insights to inform decision-making.Work cross-functionally and influence peers across our global and local footprint: Branding and Communications, DEI, People and Culture teams and Employee advocates.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, advertising agencies, industry influencers, and employer branding platforms, to amplify our employer brand and expand our talent network.Manage and optimize the budget allocated for talent acquisition marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.About you

With both a strategic and creative mindset, not only do you have inspiring brand ideas, you can also bring them to life. You have experience of developing and implementing innovative employer branding strategies and an inspiring leader with experience of managing and optimizing budgets. You also keep on top of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition marketing and branding, to ensure we continuously evolve our strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field.7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition marketing, employer branding, or recruitment marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong strategic thinking and vision with the ability to develop and execute long-term talent acquisition marketing and branding strategies.Proven track record of driving results through innovative recruitment marketing tactics and initiatives, with a focus on candidate experience and employer brand reputation.Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, and analytics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making.Experience managing budgets and financial resources, with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving business objectives.Knowledge of Workday applicant tracking system (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) systems, and other recruitment technology platforms is a plus.Why Choose Us?
