Marketing Coordinator

to join our growing team! This role will be responsible for leading overall marketing efforts and is an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to thought leadership promotions. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities:Conduct market research to find answers about target market requirements, habits and trendsBrainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaignsAssist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaignsCollaborate with Executive Team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing effortsPlan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategiesCreate and design powerful presentations and marketing collateral for sales supportRequirements:

BS/BA in marketing, communications or equivalentMinimum 3 years proven experience in a marketing specialist or similar roleExperience with HubSpot requiredExperience in IT industry strongly preferredThorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media, etc.) and market research methodsAbility to understand target market behavior trends and generate creative ideasWell-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tacticsProven sales support experience including creating and designing presentations, marketing collateral, etc.Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and toolsSolid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)Knowledge of Drupal web platform preferredKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools desiredWell-organized and detail orientedExceptional communication and writing skillsCommercial awareness partnered with a creative mindWhat does a career at Aqueity look like?
