Job Description:

The team is responsible for understanding the business and delivering delightful experiences to our customers.The Project Management team is focused on optimizing productivity in the creative process to make great work efficiently. Project Managers partner with creative and strategy leads in driving exceptional delivery and creative problem solving. Logistical experts who think big picture while keeping an eye on the details, using strong communication, organization, and project management skills to support and empower the team to do their best work.

Project Manager who is engaged, highly skilled project and program managers, delivering marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-discipline stakeholders. Will be responsible for managing the creative process from inception to completion for small to medium size projects. Deliverables types may include; email, web, social, sales collateral, video, print, long/short form editorial content, and photography. They will consolidate and organize all relevant information and be the central point of contact on their projects. They will help shape the scope of each project, develop an approach that is vetted by the SZ team and Stakeholders, then manage efficient progress of creative work from briefing through production and completion.

This role requires a strong but caring lead who is invested in the success of the team and sets the bar high.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:Creative problem solving skills to deliver results in a fast-moving, innovative environment.Guide work toward the best possible outcome, with an eye toward team and business prioritiesParticipate in and help shape an evolving process rollout across our team and larger marketing OrganizationAspire toward owning large-scale projects and developing program management and operations acumenCreate, maintain and distribute status-report documents, including detailed project schedules, tracking all projects currently in progress; leads regular status meetings to discuss project status; updates team on any Studio Z and stakeholder revisionsDevelop project plans and briefing documents in partnership with Account that clearly outline deliverables, project approach, and milestonesAttend and lead briefings as needed, ensuring team members have a clear understanding of deliverables and timingBring clear and concise project requests to weekly resourcing meetingsFacilitates communication between team members to make sure deadlines are met; schedules internal and team creative reviews, ensuring team members are aware of next steps; follows up with written recapsRoute creative; copy docs, presentations, digital files, and other materials as necessary to appropriate team members for review, proofing, revisions and approvalSchedules debriefs with Account, Strategy, and Creative team members to discuss feedback/changes after client presentations and confirm next stepsEnsure operational systems (Wrike, SmartSheet, and DAM) are rigorously maintained

Minimum Requirements:5+ years of project management or campaign production experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with creative teams (designers, copywriters, editors, etc)Collaborative mindset, a desire to get the best work from teamsEye for efficiency and creative problem solvingProject Management tool experience a plus
